When you sign in we receive a basic account identity from your chosen provider (Steam or Google) — a user ID, and an email/display name where provided. We store your watchlist, settings, subscription tier, and standard server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. We do not collect more than we need to run the service.
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments) and/or card processors. Card numbers and crypto wallet credentials are handled by the processor — SkinRadar never sees or stores them. We retain only the minimum needed to grant your subscription (tier, period, a payment reference).
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, plus local browser storage for your preferences (theme, currency, language, watchlist). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
To operate your account and subscription, sync your watchlist and alerts, secure the service, and improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
Price data is read from public marketplace feeds. Sign-in is handled by Steam/Google; payments by our processor. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored profile, watchlist, and settings.
